Clair Marsh OAM

Married to husband David since 1981 - no children, but one dog, Marsha and one cat, Milli.

Formerly in Public Relations, she is now a director of 4 companies here and in Indonesia.

Was heavily involved with Variety – The Children’s Charity, for more than 18 years as a Board Member and was chair of various committees.

Is now on the Board of The Marsh Foundation Limited which recycles unwanted but serviceable medical equipment to send to Indonesia and beyond. She and her husband have sponsored an orphanage in central Bali which cares for handicapped children for more than 14 years.

Appointed the second only Life Member of Variety – The Children’s Charity in 2003

Awarded OAM for services to Victims during the Bali Bombing.

Awarded along with husband, David the Herald/Sun Victorian of the Year for 2003.

Jane O’Neill

Born in Dublin of Irish/Jewish parents, Jane emigrated to Australia in 1956, and lived in Mt Beauty, Morwell and Melbourne.

Jane briefly studied Architectural Drafting at RMIT, but itchy feet took her to Perth...
She traveled Australia from 1969 - 72, London 1975 - 78 and New York 1984 - 2005.
She began her career in sales, starting in the drug industry (Boehringer Ingelheim), then moving to hospital products with Kendall, a US company.

She moved to media with 3AW in 1981, then the NY Post in '84 and Cable television with Time Warner in '89.

Jane returned to Melbourne in 2005, and loves it!!!
She has been accepted as a volunteer at the Royal Children’s Hospital, working on the Information Desk.

Jane stays fit walking along the Yarra, and swimming.

Paul Wheelton B.Comm, CPA

Paul holds professional standings in Bachelor of Commerce, University of Melbourne 1978 and has been a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants for 25 years.

Paul was the group manager Administration and Finance for the Budget Rent a Car Corporation, and for the last 21 years has been managing director and owner of the largest Budget Rent a Car Franchise Group in Australia. Paul is also chairman of the Budget Rent a car “Licensee Advisory Council”.

Paul has been treasurer of St Theodore’s Anglican Church in Surrey Hills for 11 years. He is currently a member of the Strathcona Baptist Girls Grammar Development Board which organizes the Brownlow Breakfast in Melbourne. He is deputy chairman of Variety - The Children’s Charity in Victoria and Chairman of Life Education Victoria, the largest non government provider of health and drug education to school children in Australia.

Paul and his family are actively involved in two orphanages in Bali.
